Great Scott!

Christmas 1972
[NB. Stewart Valdar was a journalist (among other things) who died, aged 90, in 2010. His (3rd) wife, Jean, was an artist and illustrator. Here’s Stewart Valdar’s Guardian orbituary. The sheet glued to the inside of the book is a photocopy of SV’s review of My Dear Holmes – A Study in Sherlock by Gavin Brend. WG.]
